The Kind Heart Initiative

We are thrilled to announce a new mission behind our signature events: the Kind HeartInitiative. This project is deeply personal and was inspired by the overwhelmingkindness and support I’ve received from this community during one of the mostchallenging years of my life. The Kind Heart Initiative is my way of giving back andblessing others who may be in a tough season and need something to look forward to.

Through this initiative, each of our signature events—the Harvest Moon LanternFestival (October 11), Old Town St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl (March 15), and Old TownHalloween Pub Crawl (November 1)—will do more than bring people together for funand connection. A portion of the proceeds from these events will go directly towardsupporting a family or individual in need. Whether it’s funding a special trip to createcherished memories or providing financial assistance for urgent needs, the goal is touplift and inspire hope.

 

Guidelines: You need to be able to write about the family or person you are nominating. Nominees must be a resident of Burleson, Joshua, or Crowley. Nominees will be featured in Local Life Magazine.
