Chick-fil-A does not need any introduction. It is an absolute favorite restaurant in town, evidenced by the crowds you can find at almost any part of the day. They are known for their excellent service, efficiency and good food. What you may not know though, is how much they give back to our community.
Greg and Charity Ryan own the two Burleson locations and are an active part of our community. They are generous with their time and financial contributions to causes. They donate financially and provide coupons and gift baskets to fundraising efforts. They offer fundraising nights for schools, churches and other nonprofit organizations as fundraisers, donating profits from that night back to the organization.
Chick-fil-A offers weekly discounts for ministers and employees of Burleson ISD. I often hear someone in one of those professions saying, “it’s Chick-fil-A day,” appreciating the generous discount. They generously donate food to schools for teachers, staff and classrooms as well as donating food to other churches and organizations.
They are supportive of the kids in our community. Chick-fil-A donates coupons to local schools for Honor Roll students and support local libraries with coupons for summer reading programs. They have partnerships with organizations such as Camp Gladiator for events for kids. Chick-fil-A also hosts a Kid’s Night every Tuesday and have large kid events every month. If you have children, you know Chick-fil-A is a favorite with kids!
Remember, the best way to thank a business for their generosity is to support them by your patronage. Join us in letting Chick-fil-A know we value them as members of our community and thank them for giving back.
