Karan Wethington has been a Realtor in Johnson, Tarrant, and surrounding counties for more than twenty years. She formed The Wethington Team in 2007 where she is the lead agent with a team of consisting of four agents, marketing specialist, closing administrator, and an administrative specialist. They have different areas of expertise in Residential, Farm and Ranch, Luxury, and Commercial.
Since her rookie year, Karan has been consistently one of the top producing agents in the Johnson/Tarrant County area receiving numerous awards such as, “Realtor of the Year” and the Soaring Eagle award. Her team has continued this legacy, also winning awards for high production in their office as well as the community for being a top-tier producing team.

Karan is currently a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors. She is active in the community with Meals on Wheels, Athena Society of Burleson, Burleson & Cleburne Area Chamber of Commerce, Crazy8 Ministries, Heart for Kids, Harvest House and other various charitable organizations. She is a past President of the Johnson County American Heart Association, Past Chairman of the Burleson Chamber of Commerce, past Board Member of the Johnson County Children’s Advocacy Center and Meals on Wheels. She loves to help out where needed.
