ReInspire

Shandy Stogsdill, Director

ReInspire, a nonprofit supporting youth and young adults impacted by trauma, is launching Launch Pads, a privately subsidized housing program for young adults aged 18-23. This initiative provides a safe, supportive living environment to help them transition into independent adulthood. Launch Pads offers stability for those who have faced adversity, enabling them to build secure futures.

Part of ReInspire’s mission to assist youth affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Launch Pads supports individuals at higher risk of unemployment, homelessness, and incarceration. “Many of the young people we serve have never had a stable home environment,” said Shandy Priddy, Executive Director. “Launch Pads helps them gain life skills, employment, education, and self-sufficiency.”

Eligibility focuses on those significantly impacted by trauma. Participants work with ReInspire’s team to set goals for a successful transition to independent living.

Founded in 2017, ReInspire serves youth in Johnson County and seeks partners, donors, and volunteers to expand Launch Pads. For more information, visit www.wearereinspire.org.
