Women in Business 2025: Mackenzie Davis, Extremely Refined, Old Town Medspa

Meet Mackenzie Prescher Davis, a proud young entrepreneur born and raised in Burleson, Texas. Entrepreneurship has always been close to my heart, inspired by watching my parents build their own businesses and make an impact within our community. Their drive and dedication shaped my passion for hard work, creativity, and building something meaningful of my own.

I first launched Extremely Refined, a women’s boutique focused on offering fashion-forward, refined styles for the modern woman. After connecting with so many incredible clients through the boutique, I was inspired to expand into the beauty and wellness space with the opening of Old Town Medspa. At the medspa, we focus on advanced skincare, beauty treatments, and overall wellness, helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered.

Everything I do is rooted in the values I grew up with — integrity, determination, and a genuine love for my community. Through both Extremely Refined and Old Town Medspa, my mission is to create welcoming spaces where people not only look their best, but feel truly cared for.

As my journey continues, I’m excited to keep growing both brands while staying connected to my Burleson roots. I’m forever grateful for the support of this amazing community and the clients who inspire me daily to dream bigger and reach higher.
