Cassie Spears is a Burleson-local REALTOR® and Texas Real Estate Broker. She began her real estate journey right out of Burleson High School and has since been a full time REALTOR® for over 20 years. Cassie does not operate your average Real Estate business as she has continued to serve and grow within her community by becoming CEO of her own Real Estate Team, and Spears Team Property Management.
With her continued dedication and determination to providing the highest level of knowledge and services to her clients, investors, and tenants, Cassie is involved in multiple high-level real estate coaching programs which has not only aided in Cassie’s career by creating meaningful growth in the real estate community, but personally as well. These weekly coaching programs have taught Cassie that there’s no limit to the available knowledge that lies within her passion for real estate.
In addition, she has earned real estate designations such as Certified Negotiation Expert, EPro, Pricing Analysis Expert, Certified Property Manager, and Certified Divorce Specialist.
Cassie’s list of designations is only just beginning, and so is her role as a Real Estate Team Leader. Her personally-grown real estate team, the Cassie Spears Team, started several years ago as a two-man show with Cassie being the only source of production as a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker; to current day, where she has now built a strong, fully licensed real estate team.
Cassie and her team have since flourished by becoming one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s Top Rated and Top Producing real estate teams. They will make their debut in February of 2022 in their newly purchased commercial real estate property as Burleson’s first eXp Realty branch office where she and her husband, Tim Spears, will be operating their team and their property management company right in the heart of the Old Town Burleson community.
