Kayla Hoffman has been in the banking industry for 11 years now and with Ciera Bank for almost 4 of those years. She started as a teller right out of High School and moved her way up to a Loan Officer over the last decade. Kayla graduated from Tarleton State University in 2019 receiving her bachelor’s in business and associates in marketing.
“Even though I did not grow up in Burleson, I adore this town and what it has evolved into since I moved here in 2014. I am truly honored to be a part and serve such an amazing community.”
Kayla takes pride in being efficient with her customers and enjoys building long-term relationships. She also appreciates being able to give back to the community through her volunteerism. Outside of work, Kayla can be found serving our community through her work as Treasurer of the Burleson Higher Education Opportunity Fund, Co-Chairman of the Old Town Business Association, and a participating member of the Centennial High School Spartan Athletic Club and Football Booster Club.
In her spare time, Kayla enjoys exercising, shopping, and spending time outdoors with her husband Josh and her stepsons Braylon and Andrew.
