With over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, Kayla Hoffman has built her career from the ground up. She began as a teller right out of high school and steadily advanced to her current role as Assistant Vice President Loan Officer at Ciera Bank’s Burleson branch. For more than five years, Kayla has proudly served Ciera Bank, becoming a trusted officer and respected leader within the organization.

Kayla provides knowledgeable guidance across a wide range of lending solutions, including financing for residential construction, commercial ventures, home equity cash-outs, and more. She also offers strategic advice on deposit accounts offered by Ciera Bank—helping clients maximize interest earnings and delivering the kind of personalized service that’s increasingly rare in today’s banking landscape. Kayla truly embodies the spirit of the modern businesswoman: driven, community-oriented, and deeply committed to making a positive impact.

A 2019 graduate of Tarleton State University, Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an associate degree in marketing. Her dedication to service extends beyond banking—she currently serves as Chairman of the Old Town Business Association and Treasurer of the Centennial Spartan Football Booster Club.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors with husband, Josh and her stepsons, Braylon and Andrew. She also loves walking her dogs, cooking, and indulging in a bit of retail therapy.
