A Master Colorist and Pravana Artistic Educator with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Deanna brings a depth of knowledge and passion that has shaped the salon’s signature atmosphere. Licensed Massage Therapist since 2000, Katy specializes in therapeutic bodywork, offering massages, cupping, reflexology, and spa treatments to promote wellness and relaxation.
Natalie
A certified Pravana Elite Hairdresser and voted #1 Local Favorite Hairdresser for 2025, Natalie brings her signature “Tex-Bama” charm and expertise in color and extensions to every client.
Gloria Lopez
With 16 years of experience as a stylist, my passion is creating a welcoming, personalized experience that leaves every client feeling their best. I specialize in perms, color, and precision haircuts for the whole family—including all my fellow curly-haired clients!
Brenlee Burns
As a cosmetology student, I’m currently interning at Hair With Flair and soaking up invaluable hands-on experience from an incredible team. My passion for learning drives me to pursue advanced certifications in barbering, lash and brow services, and extensions.
Amanda Burns
As a certified spray tan artist, I custom mix each tan for a perfect glow. My space is a safe, judgment-free zone where every client can feel confident, pampered, and beautiful.

I’m Kinsye, a stylist passionate about helping clients express their unique beauty through vibrant color, precise cuts, and special event styling. My goal is to create a welcoming space where every client feels heard, valued, and confident.
Amanda Cook
A licensed cosmetologist since 2009, I’ve been proud to be part of the Hair With Flair family since 2015. I’m a master colorist with a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty through personalized color and precision cuts. The most rewarding part of my work is sharing the love of Jesus with everyone who sits in my chair.
Amber Mosley Ainsworth
I’m a curl specialist with over 13 years of experience helping clients embrace their natural texture. I’m passionate about creating healthy, vibrant hair using clean, organic products that support scalp and hair health. My mission is to help every client feel confident, empowered, and radiant.
