Founded by W. Cade Lovelace, the firm blends big-picture strategy with down-to-earth compassion. Cade, a magna cum laude graduate from Texas Tech School of Law, launched Lovelace Law, P.C. nearly two decades ago after gaining experience in corporate litigation, family law, and appellate courts. He brings a robust legal background and a commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Jennifer Lovelace, JD, MBA, joined both the firm and Cade in partnership. With a pre-legal background in healthcare administration and human resources, Jennifer made the leap to law to serve families more directly. She specializes in probate, guardianships, and estate planning, helping clients prepare for the future with clarity and compassion.

While Lovelace Law handles a wide variety of legal matters, their team is especially known for work in emotionally complex situations like custody disputes, guardianship filings, and estate planning for blended families.

In another memorable case, Cade and the team helped a single mother regain custody of her children after enduring years of personal hardship. “Seeing her reunited with her kids and thriving is something we’ll never forget,” he says.
