When COVID hit in 2020, Jennifer Huffman felt as if she had hit a brick wall. Her plans to purchase a local bridal store in Burleson had fallen through when the governor shut everything down. Already having an active lease on the retail space, she decided to push through and create a new brand from scratch based of the qualities and characteristics that were most important to her for her business. Built from the ground up, Elizabeth Scott Bridal opened in the middle of the pandemic in the fall of 2020, and has grown to become DFW’s best bridal store as voted on in The Dallas Morning News in 2021. The last 1 ½ years have brought incredible and vibrant growth to her business as brides travel from all over the DFW Metroplex and from as far away as Oklahoma, West Texas, San Antonio, and other locations to purchase their dress and experience the Elizabeth Scott brand for themselves.
Jennifer’s background in various customer service companies, her past experience as a small business owner, and her ability to listen and truly hear what the customer wants has helped her to make Elizabeth Scott Bridal become a top name in the DFW bridal market. Her goal is to make every single bride feel special, no matter their budget and to give each bride the experience they’ve dreamed of since they were little. Jennifer’s team of talented stylists share the same vision for her brides, and have helped propel the brand to what it is today.
