Since its opening in December of 2014, Family Toyota has earned a reputation as an automotive leader in Burleson, Fort Worth, and Arlington areas. Through the range of services offered, their commitment to the community, and the business approach of making everyone feel like family, it is no wonder that Family Toyota is one of few dealerships to win Toyota’s President’s Award every year they have been open. This Toyota Franchise dealership sells new and used vehicles, as well as servicing all brands. They haven’t stopped there, though.

Family Toyota does not claim to just be in the automotive business. They are in the people business and taking care of their customers and employees is the number one priority of the dealership. They are committed to making the customers experience during the buying process, and the servicing of their vehicle, be an enjoyable one. This led to their latest offering for their customers.

In March of 2020, Family Toyota opened Family Fade, a full-service barbershop inside of the Burleson dealership. According to Dustin Herndon, General Manager, Family Toyota wanted to offer their customers a unique experience during their time at the store. Now when a customer brings their vehicle in for an oil change, they can get a haircut while they wait. It is just one of the many creative ways Family Toyota serves its customers.

Family Fade is a full-service barbershop that offers trims, cuts, shapes, and taper fades. It also offers facial hair maintenance, custom shaves, and a number of grooming services, including shampooing and styling. Their barber is also dual-licensed cosmetologist, meaning she also does women’s hair and makeup. High-end products are used, and the barbershop has been designed with excellence in mind, offering a unique and inviting environment including customized Toyota chairs.

The people of Johnson county area is what makes the community unique, according to Herndon. Despite the growth seen by the cities, they have maintained a small-town feeling. He describes Family Toyota as having the best customers/family members. The dealership has demonstrated its commitment to its neighbors through the many ways it has given back. They are heavily involved with multiple youth organizations, including the Children’s Advocacy Center. They are also extremely involved with the City of Burleson, the Burleson Police Foundation, and several Veteran services as well as other nonprofits.

The commitment Family Toyota has to their customers is what makes the business stand out. The barbershop is one example of the benefits they can offer their customers. They want to be a one-stop shop for all of the customer’s automotive needs: from the purchase of the vehicle, to parts, and the service of the vehicle. They take the responsibility of their customers’ trust in Family Toyota very seriously. Herndon shares they are grateful for the wonderful customers they have had the opportunity to serve and look forward to continuing to help the community. Their approach to making everyone feel like family means Family Toyota will always go the extra mile to make their customers feel safe, confident, and have a truly enjoyable experience with them.
