Premier Property Resources… what once had begun as a dream during COVID, has now grown into a reality for a family-owned local construction company.

Hi there! We are the Weerstras – Brian and Lauren. Lauren is a Midland native that found her way to this part of the state after attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Brian grew up in Michigan but is so glad to have made it to Texas as soon as he did! Brian grew up immersed in the construction and mechanical world with his family ties to a commercial maintenance company and a luxury custom home builder on the coast of Lake Michigan.

Brian and Lauren both have strong ties to the Burleson community – Lauren as a former music teacher at Judy Hajek Elementary with Burleson ISD and Brian as a former police officer with the Burleson Police Department. Now both Brian and Lauren have left their former full-time careers and are partnered together helping to grow Premier Property Resources as a husband and wife power team!
