Kayla Hoffman, Ciera Bank: Local Love Financial Services 2026

Kayla Hoffman serves as Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at Ciera Bank in Burleson, where she specializes in both consumer and commercial lending. With more than 14 years of banking experience, Kayla believes community banking is about more than transactions—it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people achieve their goals.

For more than six years, she has proudly served Ciera Bank, becoming a trusted lender and respected leader within the organization. She provides knowledgeable guidance across a wide range of lending solutions, including residential construction, commercial ventures, home equity cash-outs, and more. In addition, she offers strategic guidance on Ciera Bank’s deposit products, helping clients maximize their earnings while delivering the personalized service that has become increasingly rare in today’s banking environment.

A graduate of Tarleton State University, Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. She began her banking career as a teller shortly after high school and worked her way into lending leadership through dedication, hard work, and a passion for helping others succeed. She currently serves as Chairman of the Old Town Business Association and has been recognized as Burleson’s Favorite Local Loan Officer for five consecutive years.

Kayla lives in Burleson with her husband, Josh, and stepsons, Braylon and Andrew. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, walking her dogs, taking Pilates classes, and indulging in a little retail therapy.
